The Cookie Base Inspection Machine consists of an integrated XispC2000 control center and an integrated rejector. It performs high-speed inline inspection to check the appearance defects of each dough piece individually. The machine achieves a maximum inspection capacity of 36,000 pieces per hour and supports simultaneous inspection across 32 biscuit production lanes. Defective dough pieces are accurately ejected by the rear rejection unit.
The equipment features simple and efficient operation. Recipes for multiple products on the same production line can be switched with one click, greatly reducing product changeover and setup time. The system is equipped with a comprehensive data statistics module that automatically archives hourly and daily production report data. Multiple communication interfaces are provided for customers to retrieve and analyze production data in real time.
