Bomia G4-300 integrates testing equipment, conveying line and rejecting equipment in one design, taking up little space and easy to install. The operation adopts camera motorized focusing technology, which enables one-touch switching of recipes for different sizes of boxes.

The Bomia G4-300 utilizes 4 cameras to simultaneously inspect the top surface and two sides of the carton, and can reach an inspection speed of 300 cartons/minute. It can inspect a large number of products in a short period of time, avoiding the tedious and time-consuming manual inspection. The equipment can accurately inspect many kinds of box sealing defects such as number of date, wrong date, bad folding, box opening, misalignment, whitening, deformation, etc., to ensure that the quality of the product packaging is in line with the standard. This ensures that the quality of the product packaging meets the standards and that the product is alerted or rejected in time to ensure that defective products are brought to the market.

The Bomia G4-300 machine counts and saves inspection data and images of each defective product for each shift, facilitating subsequent data analysis and quality traceability. This facilitates continuous quality improvement.
