The Bomia G4-300 features an integrated design combining inspection unit, conveyor line and rejecting mechanism, which occupies minimal floor space and enables easy installation. Equipped with motorized auto-focus cameras, it supports one-click switching to adapt to cartons of varying sizes.

The inspection system utilises four cameras to simultaneously inspect the top surface and two side faces of each carton, with a maximum inspection speed of 18,000 cartons per hour. It completes high-volume, high-speed product inspection within a short cycle, overcoming the low accuracy and inefficiency of manual visual inspection.
Furthermore, the unit records and stores shift-based inspection statistics together with images of every defective product, facilitating subsequent data analysis and quality traceability, and supporting ongoing continuous quality improvement initiatives.
