IRT uses a high-precision temperature sensor to measure the temperature of the surface of the code to determine whether the code is printed on the surface of the container. Code inspection is not affected by the material of the container or the color of the product, and has a wide range of applications. It is usually installed together with the printhead of the code machine and does not need to be adjusted in a separate position.

Laser code
The code inspection module IRT utilizes the principle that the local temperature is much higher than the ambient temperature when the laser printer is coding on the cap or the bottle body, and adopts a high-precision temperature sensor to measure the instantaneous temperature after coding to inspect whether the code has been printed to the specified position or not. IRT can only detect the presence or absence of the inspection code, it can be equipped with different pushers to realize accurate and independent rejection, and can also be used for alarm processing, if you need to detect the absence of the code, the verification of the code or even OCR, then it is necessary to use other camera inspection modules to realize it. IRT can be equipped with different control centers to achieve the highest inspection speed of 90,000bph.
