
The CaCooka 6600 inspection system is a system for sandwich cookie quality inspection using advanced visual recognition technology. The system is installed on the cookie production line after the centering machine, and can perform online inspection and rejection of defective cookies in real time for defects such as missing top cover, reversal, overfilling, cracking, missing corner, and dimensions defects. When the system inspects the cookies with quality problems, it will trigger the rejection device to remove the unqualified cookies from the production line, ensuring that only qualified cookies go to the next process.

The CaCooka 6600 sandwich cookie inspection machine boasts numerous advantages. Firstly, it integrates advanced laser sensors with visual recognition technology to rapidly and accurately detect various defects on sandwich cookies, including missing top cookie layers, upside-down cookies, exposed filling, cracks, chipped edges and dimensional deviations. All defective products are rejected inline by the rear ejector and conveyed to a dedicated reject collection belt, ensuring finished goods meet quality standards.
Featuring an ergonomic integrated design, the CaCooka 6600 adapts to fillings and cookies of different colors and specifications. Its one-click product changeover function drastically shortens format switching time and cuts labor and time costs for customers.
The CaCooka 6600 is ideal for high-speed production lines with superior detection precision. It inspects 6 cookie lanes simultaneously at a maximum throughput of 36,000 pieces per hour. Customized solutions are also available tailored to the actual number of product lanes on manufacturers’ production lines.

It also counts and records daily inspection data in real time, assisting manufacturers with quality management and process improvement. Multiple communication protocol interfaces are provided for customers to easily collect production data.
