The linear servo rejector PU-LSM-120 operates in coordination with inspection systems. After defective products are detected, the system tracks their position in real time and transmits an ejection signal when rejects reach the designated station. Once receiving the signal, the servo drive actuates the push rod mechanism instantaneously following pre-programmed motion profiles to accurately remove non-conforming products from the main production line.
Compared to pneumatic rejectors, the PU-LSM-120 linear servo model requires no external compressed air supply, delivering lower power consumption and eco-friendlier operation. It eliminates thrust drop caused by inadequate air supply during continuous ejection cycles for superior operational stability.
Against rotary servo electric rejectors, the PU-LSM-120 offers enhanced flexible control: it supports editable custom motion curves and multi-channel inputs, plus segmented velocity adjustment for each curve section. Typical motion logic includes fast approach to rejects, low-speed smooth ejection, and rapid retraction to avoid collision with subsequent products. In addition, the linear servo achieves faster actuation speed, with a maximum throughput of 120,000 units per hour.
