The servo electric rejector PU-SM-90 matches full-line inspection workflows. After the Xispek inspection system identifies defective products, it tracks their positions in real time and sends a trigger signal once rejects arrive at the ejection station. Upon receiving the signal, the servo motor drives the mechanical actuator along pre-programmed motion curves to precisely remove non-conforming items from the main production line.
Compared with pneumatic rejectors, the PU-SM-90 requires no external compressed air supply, delivering lower energy consumption and eco-friendlier operation. It eliminates thrust attenuation caused by insufficient air pressure during continuous ejection cycles for far higher operational stability. The unit features flexible operation with editable custom rotation motion curves and multi-channel signal inputs, enabling adjustable ejection speed and force to suit diverse production requirements.
Maximum throughput capacity reaches 90,000 units per hour.
