The pre-packaging biscuit appearance inspection machine detects defects such as filling leakage, upside-down biscuits, missing pieces and excess pieces before biscuits enter packaging bags.
Separate recipes can be created for different packaging specifications, such as packs of 2 or 3 pieces, with one-click switching during product changeovers.
Its key advantages are that defective products are intercepted prior to packaging to prevent outflow; it also avoids production downtime caused by biscuit crumbs or extra pieces entering the packaging machine.

The pre-packaging biscuit inspection machine uses one color industrial camera to inspect every biscuit piece. Powered by high-efficiency image processing algorithms, it reaches an inspection speed of 360,000 pieces per hour.
Installed on the feeding conveyor ahead of the flow wrapper, it first captures biscuit height data via laser ranging sensors, then acquires visual images of the biscuits with the camera. All collected data is processed by the control center to generate inspection results. After inspection, defective products are ejected by the downstream air nozzle rejector.
