This carton inspection device features electric height adjustment and one-click model change, delivering simplicity and high efficiency. Its overall dimensions are 1480*950*3162 mm (Length × Width × Height).
The device is equipped with four cameras in total. Two color cameras mounted on the top detect warped carton surfaces and folded flaps. The other two grayscale cameras inspect two carton sections via mirror reflection, covering printed codes, defective sealing, misalignment and exposed gaps, among other defects.
Widely applicable to industries including beverages, alcohol, condiments and logistics, the system enables full-cartoon inspection on production lines.
