The carton inspector is equipped with four cameras:Two color cameras inspect from the top for SKU, warping, and folded flaps.Two grayscale cameras inspect both side surfaces via mirror reflection, detecting printing codes, poor sealing, misalignment, exposed gaps, etc.
Different integrated control centers cewan be selected based on actual production line speeds. This system is widely applicable across various industries including beverages, alcoholic drinks, and logistics for full-case inspection on production lines.
