Flexible Ejector (Finger Ejector)

The Flexible Ejector (Finger Ejector) is designed for fragile products and is widely used in industries such as food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals. Integrated into fully automated production lines, it works in conjunction with various functional detection equipment to achieve a stable and highly efficient automated production mode. The device has a maximum applicable speed of 30,000BPH.

Scope of application:

All types of product

Installation position:

After complete inspection

System Introduction

The flexible rejector is equipped with finger-like nylon actuators driven by 10 linked cylinders with an arc-shaped profile. The whole ejection motion is precisely regulated by solenoid valves controlled via PLC and relays, pushing out the nylon finger pads gently with gradually applied soft force, which effectively prevents bottles from tipping over due to impact.

It achieves stable high-speed rejection for fragile goods including tablets, crisp crackers, glassware and thin-walled containers, and avoids production line disruptions caused by debris from broken products.
Boasting a modular structure, the unit is easy to transport and install. Its vertical height and front-back offset can be adjusted to match different bottle formats, allowing flexible tuning of ejection height and stroke.
The maximum response speed of this flexible rejector reaches 100m/s.

Main Function
Ejection of unqualified products.
Equipment Selection Technical Guidance

This rejector delivers optimal performance only on single-lane, single-chain production lines. Accordingly, its installation requires a diverting platform and chain conveyor track. It is suitable for pairing with inspection systems such as empty bottle inspection and cap & fill level detection units.

Strengths
Utilizes the XispVision® universal detection software platform
Precise ejection position with controllable force
Compact design for easy integration
Low cost, easy installation, and maintenance
