On high-speed packaging lines, hot melt adhesive application quality directly determines carton sealing strength and cargo protection. Conventional inspection methods fail to detect glue line defects accurately and in real time, hence our dedicated hot melt inspection solution.

The inspection unit consists of 2 infrared cameras and 2 color industrial cameras working in tandem. Leveraging the physical property that the glue line heats up momentarily during dispensing, infrared cameras capture thermal images to rapidly judge whether hot melt sealing glue meets standards. To stabilize accuracy and prevent false rejects, color industrial cameras perform secondary visual verification.
To inspect whether products inside cartons are complete or if there are missing items, manufacturers can optionally equip an X-ray module. We adopt low-energy eco-friendly X-ray tubes that pose no harm to personnel or the environment, securing product quality while maintaining safe production.
In addition, built-in tube aging monitoring routines and emergency stop buttons ensure smooth operation, preventing production delays and losses caused by unforeseen, unalerted X-ray tube degradation.
