VisPrinter is an integrated coding and Inspection machine. It is usually used to print codes on products (e.g. date, batch number, barcode, etc.) and to inspect the codes at the same time (e.g. to verify the accuracy and clarity of the codes). This equipment increases the efficiency and accuracy of the production line and reduces errors.
VisPrinter integrated coding and verification machine combines coding and code inspection functions for marking products and verifying codes simultaneously. It consists of a coding module and an inspection module. The coding module supports four marking types: inkjet coding, CO₂ laser coding, fiber laser coding and UV laser coding. For the inspection module, customers can choose either the Xisp control center or smart cameras. Whichever configuration is selected, we deliver precise and reliable inspection performance.
Working Principle
1.Triggering the coding process
A photoelectric sensor on the production line detects incoming products. The main control system transmits pre-set marking data including production dates, batch numbers, 1D/2D barcodes and traceability codes to complete contact-free marking.
2.Real-time image acquisition
Right after coding, products move immediately to the vision inspection station. High-resolution smart industrial cameras paired with customized ring or coaxial light sources capture full code images instantly. The lighting system adapts to different packaging materials to eliminate reflection and background interference for crisp imaging. Xispek’s high-efficiency image algorithms then compare the printed content character by character against system preset standards to identify misprinted, incomplete or missing codes. Any defective products are automatically rejected once detected.
