The overall dimensions of the Pentra full bottle inspector are 774×740×1674 mm (length × width × height). It reaches a maximum inspection speed of 72,000BPH.
This cost-effective inspector features an all-in-one design for easy on-site installation and integration. It delivers low operating costs and reliable inspection performance. The unit adopts X-ray technology to measure liquid level and uses sensors to detect missing bottle caps.

It adopts X-ray to inspect the fill level inside filled containers. As X-ray photons pass through empty space or liquid level inside bottles, they get attenuated, causing variations in the X-ray readings received by the detector. The universal inspection software platform XispVision® analyzes these value fluctuations for evaluation and rejects products with unqualified fill levels. It is compatible with multiple packaging materials including glass bottles, metal cans and PET bottles, and especially ideal for opaque packaging where visual manual checking is impossible.
Furthermore, this module uses ionizing X-ray emission instead of conventional radioactive sources, so it poses no radioactive contamination risk to personnel or the environment.
Manufacturers can combine it with other inspection modules as required, such as cap inspection module, 360° tamper ring inspection module, cap top logo inspection module and IRT cap code inspection module. They can also optionally add the FMS filling management system function to build a complete full-bottle inspection system.
