The Exacta label inspection systemis suitable for strict inspection of multiple labels or multiple parts of a single label on carbonated drink, water and beer production lines. Composed of three cameras installed inside the labeling machine, it inspects body labels, back labels and neck labels of containers. It supports a maximum label inspection speed of 72 000BPH.
Featuring a compact modular design, the inspection modules can be installed flexibly and integrated into labeling machines of various sizes. It can also be combined with label code inspection as required, enabling control of both inspection items via a single control center.
