The Exacta label inspection system is specifically designed for comprehensive inspection of multiple labels and various sections of individual labels in carbonated beverage, water, and beer production lines.
The Exacta adopts a compact modular design, allowing flexible installation of inspection modules and seamless integration into labeling machines of various sizes. The Exacta consists of three cameras installed within the labeling machine to inspect the body label, back label, and neck label of containers. Depending on production line speed, different control centers can be selected, with a maximum label inspection capacity of 72,000 bottles per hour. It can also be integrated with code inspection on labels as needed, all controlled via a single control center.
