The magnetic-acoustic leak inspection system for beer bottles is a high-precision inline inspection device specially developed for testing the sealing tightness of glass beer bottles. A strong electric current passes through the electromagnetic coil in an extremely short time, generating electromagnetic pulses to actively excite the bottle caps. Caps with tiny leaks or poor sealing produce noticeably different vibration frequencies compared with intact caps. The matched high-precision acoustic sensors capture full vibration waveform signals in real time. The system compares waveform characteristics through algorithms to accurately identify leaking defective bottles and reliably carry out full-line airtightness screening.
