System Introduction

Full Bottle Foreign Matter Inspection All-in-One Machine is an in-line inspection equipment integrating detection functions for suspended foreign objects inside bottles, liquid level and cap quality.

Built on the XispVision® inspection platform, the equipment detects suspended and bottom foreign objects in filled bottles, including bent paper clips, wires, cigarette packages, cigarette butts, razor blades, beverage straws, crown caps, can pull tabs, O-rings and other contaminants, with a detection rate of 99.9%. It delivers highly reliable inspection performance.
Equipped with electric height adjustment, it supports one-click product model changeover. The inspection capacity reaches 72,000BPH.

Suspended Foreign Matter Inspection

The suspended foreign matter inspection unit is fitted with six industrial cameras. Driven by two motors with differential speed, bottles rotate by 90°, and each camera covers a 90° field of view to achieve full circumferential inspection of bottle walls.

Adopting a special layout and backlight imaging mode, the bottle inspection module eliminates imaging interference caused by uneven glass thickness and embossed patterns, while expanding the effective field of view for each individual camera.

Bottle Bottom Contaminant Inspection

Four high-speed cameras are used for bottle bottom inspection, each equipped with an individual photoelectric trigger for precise snapshot triggering.

Each camera takes three shots per bottle. Dual bright/dark field lighting detects transparent and opaque foreign objects separately. Low-angle side dark light catches reflective glass chips; frontal bright light screens opaque contaminants on the bottle base.
Built-in automatic air blowing cleans residual lubricants on bottle bottoms to guarantee reliable detection precision.

Cap Inspection

This function mainly inspects crown caps for missing caps, over-height caps, under-height caps, tilted caps and deformed caps.

The cap inspection system is equipped with three industrial cameras and maintenance-free long-life white LED lights. Backlight shooting is adopted to improve image contrast. Combined with a precision optical reflection system, it realizes 360° full inspection of crown cap profiles and rejects products with tilted, missing or deformed caps. The inspection accuracy for tilted and over-height caps reaches ±1 mm.
For simple presence/absence detection of crown caps, the optional crown cap inspection module S (KKI-S) is available.

Fill Level Inspection

It mainly inspects the liquid level inside bottles. High-resolution cameras and custom light reflectors are used to distinguish between normal and abnormal liquid levels. The liquid level inspection unit consists of one industrial camera and maintenance-free infrared LED lights. The strong penetrability of infrared light enhances image contrast. Meanwhile, the XispVision inspection platform accurately calculates liquid level by comparing height differences on both sides. It eliminates the impact of uneven liquid surfaces during high-speed conveying and delivers an inspection accuracy of ±1 mm, ensuring efficient and stable system operation.

X-ray liquid level inspection is available as an option, which is suitable for opaque containers such as cans.

Leak Inspection

Ultrasona magneto-acoustic leak inspection is installed after pasteurizer. It can be matched with Flosta full-bottle foreign matter inspection or used independently, with a detection capacity up to 72000 BPH.

High-precision inline tester engineered for glass bottle sealing tightness.

Powerful instantaneous current generates electromagnetic pulses to vibrate caps actively. Leaky or poorly sealed caps produce distinct vibration frequencies from intact ones. High-sensitivity acoustic sensors capture vibration waveforms in real time. The system analyzes waveform characteristics via algorithms to accurately identify leaking bottles for reliable full-line airtightness inspection.
